Postage and Handling

Fabienne International will deliver to the address provided by you and all items are sent via Australia Post. All orders from time of placement will be filled subject to availability, and posted within 5-7 working days from receipt of order. The cost of shipping your items to you will be $10.50 within Australia.

Peak periods such as holidays and Christmas may take longer for parcels to reach you. 

International Orders

For international orders, delivery is at an additional charge. We will endeavour to advise you of the cost via email within two working days. Overseas delivery will be by international air mail and at local Australia Post charges. We can deliver to any address in the world at a cost. Please email us at enquires@fabienne.com.au

Returns policy

If you have received a faulty good we ask that you contact us at CeliaL@fabienne.com.au for a return authorisation number. If we are unable to repair the faulty item, this itme will then be credited to your account
